Never going to happen. It does show how point-of-view is important to understand a person's (or a grop of people - Russian/Soviet communists, say) world view. We, the United States of America are a willing confederation of peoples as opposed to the USSR which was an UNWILLING confederation (hence all the walls). Just as you cannot force democracy upon a people at the point of a gun, you cannot force any people to willingly accept as brothers another people where there has been centuries (or longer) of hate built between them. Israel and the Arab world are prime examples of this.
